Is Teenage Relationship Wrong? Find Out!


Sometimes I wonder what's wrong about being in a relationship when you're still a teen. Most teens keep their the relationship a secret in order to be safe from either family or friends.

However, if I'm being asked if teenage relationship is wrong, I'll give two answers; which is yes and no.

Yeah, I won't give a straight answer because we all see teenage relationship from a different perspective, keep reading so you'll know or understand why I said Yes or No.
   Teenage relationship is wrong when the relationship isn't well defined, can you really say what your relationship is about?

The world is turning around these days, most people don't understand the word relationship; when you say you're in a relationship what automatically revolve around their mind is sexual affair. They tend to sexualized everything pertaining to relationship. So they have given the word 'relationship' a wrong impression...

Furthermore more, I took this topic to the public to hear or know what people feel or think about teenage relationship and below are some of the kind response I got!

Relationship are of three type, Conditional(if); Reasons (Because); Unconditional (No 'IF', No 'Because') and that's is where defining your relationship comes in, if there's any reason you should be in a relationship then it's Love!

What's the advantages of that relationship over your life? its it gonna better your life or worsen it?

I travel to a village and discovered most of the teens are pregnant, thereby dropping out of school. So tell me what's       this kind of relationship? you've missed out school, so what's your gain? the painful pleasure? Hell!

Your relationship should help you achieve big, a relationship is where you share advise, learn and have fun but most teens has turned it upside down, they forget other important aspects of relationship and go for sex and fun...

As a teen, your relationship should be focused on love and partnership not lust and sex...
Your Boyfriend or Girlfriend should be your Best friend, not just a mere lover; fact!

Your spouse should be someone you share your secret and plight with, in fact he or she should be your mentor and source of inspiration, that show's you're compatible.. Also, be in a relationship with someone that makes you see your problem as nothing; help you get over pain and depression; Someone you can't live without!

Yeah, Relationship is not being with someone you can live with but someone you can't live without!

If your relationship is taking you nowhere but backwards, bringing you pain and troubles; stopping you from achieving your dreams and life aspirations   then you're in bondage. Because your relationship should help you become better not to take you backwards. Fact!

Don't get carried away by infatuation, he buys you material things then it has already guaranteed he loves you? what if he stops buying? its over huh?

A Good & Healthy relationship should be based on Advice, care, attention, forgiveness, love, communication, sharing ideas and fun. Not just sex and romance day in day out!

Your lover should be able to see something special and unique about you.
Kiss, Sex, and romance isn't in any way special because everyone can offer it even those you classify as lowlife...

But your care, respect, advice and attention won't be forgotten and guess what? it can't be gotten elsewhere because you exist as one person. Uniqueness pays!

I shake my head vigorously when I hear guys say sex is the best gift a girl can offer, permit me to say "You haven't dated the real Lady". Because a real lady has a lot to offer than sex, girls are great treasure and gold. Fact!

In Summary, if you only care about the fun aspect in a relationship then its wrong, I'm not against you having fun but it shouldn't be the relationship goal.

Remember, your relationship should help you be an achiever, if its toxic, uncomfortable, and stopping your dream please quit, when the right time comes you'll find someone than will contribute positively to your life..
