After doing many research, I discovered that heartburn is mostly caused by foods we take in.
Some of these food are toxic to our body, that's why it's advisable to know the food that suits you..
Below are some ways to alleviate heartburn through changing some eating addiction..

1.Knowing the food that causes you heartburn.

Some food causes heartburn, the food that causes you heartburn might not be the same the causes me heartburn..

You can't cure heartburn without knowing the cause that's why you need to understand the food that causes you the pain and try avoiding it or reduce the intake of such food.

Some popular food that cause heartburn are;

• Peppermint.
• Hot food.
• Chocolate.
• Onions.
• Fatty foods.
• Spicy food.
• Alcohol
• Garlic.
• Tomatoes.
• Caffeine.
• Citrus fruit and juice.
