Here's some food you need to start eating or rather eat more, during breakfast in order to stay healthy!


we all need light food in the morning so as to stay healthy and active during the day.

The type of food we eat for our breakfast really matters a lot because it strengthens us for the day.

That's why I decided to show you some food you need to eat so that you can live healthy and stay happy..

Here are the top 10 essential food I recommend for breakfast and will propel you towards having a pleasant and healthy day.

You remember a popular quote that goes this way:  "As you make your bed, so you'll lay on it", you remembered isn't it? So what you eat in the morning really determines what your day we look like.
For those that wants a pleasant and sparkling day kindly read keenly...

The Top 10 Essential Food You Need For Breakfast.


1.Noodle And Egg With A Hot Tea.

Noodle has been a very popular food and almost everybody knows how to prepare noddles even a small child of 5years can boldly tell you that he knows how to cook noodle, so it isn't new. Or is it?

In fact if you don't know how to cook noodle then you need to be flogged (I've got my cain already) *LOL, just joking; but you should know it.

The interesting part of noodle is that it's very fast when cooking it, mine don't pass 7min especially when am so hungry, don't know about you but at most 20min (Ahrr 20min is even too big except you're hosting party or you're not yet hungry) they're many companies producing noodle so the choice is yours for me I prefer *indomie chicken chicken*.

From the research I've made I found out that noodle is very good especially for breakfast because it's very light and will make you more fit for the day activities, and i recommend you add egg to it because egg contains protein which is very good for the body.

In addition, you can add some other spices like cabbage, cucumber, carrot, onion etc.

To make it a balance diet I guess you know balance diet contains the 7classes of food in their right proportion ( it's no longer six)...
So I strongly advise noodle and egg. Oh! I think I forgot Tea but it's optional tho! So the choice is yours.

2.Fruit Salad.

Fruit Salad! Oh my gosh I really like fruit but I know some people like it more than me, isn't it? Aha!

A good fruit salad will contain Pineapple, Carrot, Cabbage, Cucumber, water melon,  green bean, apple, and banana.

You can still add more fruit but don't over do it!

I mentioned only those ones because I think they're the necessary friut for making fruit salad.

Before I forget, please fruit salad is different from the other salad, we have African salad and others, so don't get it twisted.

How to prepare?

I know some people don't know how to prepare fruit salad, maybe even you reading this!

Anyway I'll be teaching you how to prepare fruit salad because I want the best for you 😊.

It's very simple..
Get all fruit I mentioned above and slice them like I did above ( the picture) you can slice as you like tho!

Mix the fruit together...that's all but I'll advice you to put it inside your freezer for a while before eating. It's optional because I don't know if you'll be so hungry and don't have such time. But do it if you can because you'll enjoy it even more better!!

3.Avocado Toast With Poached Egg.

I remember the first day I tasted this OMG! I won't tell you what happened, taste it and see.

This is another good food for breakfast , it's very rich and contains protein.

This is no hard thing to do, it's very easy just follow my procedure...
In fact if you taste this, You'll never remain the same.

How to prepare?
I know I can cook more than some ladies, in fact am a talented cook.

**Top two lightly toasted slice of whole-grain bread with smashed avocado and sprinkle salt and pepper on it . Lay on two sunny-side up eggs for a healthy dose of protein,
and that's a well-prepared breakfast.

Stack them in a tupperware container for easy transport or cook the yolks a bit more and make the whole thing into a sandwich.

4.Peanuts Butter And Banana Smoothie.

These is another kind of food and you're really gonna like it..

When I was a kid I do eat banana and peanut so its not new at all, and I know you too ate them. Isn't it?

So it's time to take the peanut and banana we ate back then we were still kids to a whole new level by adding butter then we have our Peanut butter and banana smoothie

Ok' lets get started I know I have been talking too much .

Smoothies are a perfect on-the-go snack any time of the day. Blend frozen bananas, peanut, butter, soya milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and a few ice cubes. If this is a noon snack, keep it in a tight-sealing container and throw it in a gym or work bag.

While For Morning, Prepare it the night and freeze. Remove in the morning, and it will be thawed and ready to enjoy.

Tips: Add a scoop of your favorite chocolate or vanilla protein for an extra protein boost.

5.Bread, Butter and Tea.

This is so common I even drank that this morning just that you need to start adding the butter.
80% of people are drinking their tea without butter ...

Tea bread and butter is very great for breakfast because it's light and can easily be prepared.

I don't think there's anybody that will say he/she can't make tea..
So enjoy your tea and bread!

6.Savory Oatmeal With Egg.

This is very nice for you to eat for breakfast, I believe the image you're seeing just made you fall I love with Oatmeal..

You're thinking its hard to prepare but it's not hard at all...

**Take oatmeal to a whole new level by making it savory. Prepare as usual with milk or water, but add a pinch of salt and pepper instead of any cinnamon or sugar.

Then top with an over-easy or poached egg and sprinkle on a little cheese for an extra tasty kick.**

This Is Very Popular Food And It's Called Akara And Akamu by Nigerians.

It Really Good And Will Do You Good For Breakfast ..

Beans cake is prepared with beans, pepper, onion and other species and seasoning (All grinded together).

Pap is prepared with just Corn (Grinded),

8.Cornflakes.

Cornflake is a very good food for breakfast and I believe you I'll love it...

I know it's very popular but back then I really thought it was children stuff but not I know it has a great function in the body..

Yea even adults can also enjoy this!

It's simple just buy your cornflake then pour in a plate and add your milk then you're good to go!

9.Egg Breakfast Muffins.

Wow, another great food and can be easily prepared..

It doesn't need much ingredients just add Eggs and some vegetables then microwave... Enjoy!

10.Sweet Potato And Black Bean Breakfast Burrito.

See how it's looking like meat pie, you'll hardly believe it was made with sweet potatoes,

Breakfast burritos is great, and easy snack to keep on hand.

Make a bunch, wrap in foil, and keep in the freezer for whenever the craving hits.

Protein from the eggs and black beans keeps you fuller longer, and the sweet potato keeps things interesting.
